      We have learned a lot.
      
      TWNIC's first OPM would be held 2 weeks before next APNIC OPM.
      It'd be a full day meeting but the morning session is filled with
      general reports on global internet policy environment and updates.
      The real OPM will begin after lunch.
      Three SIGs (addressing, db, routing) is planned in this first trial and
      we will make call for chairs to handle these SIGs.
      
      KRNIC holds an annual big ISP event called KIOW.
      Billy, could you share your experience with us?
