Thank you for informing the publication of RFC5395, 'Textual
Representation of Autonomous System (AS) Numbers'.
This RFC states as below.
"The decimal value representation, or "asplain" is proposed as the
textual notation to use for AS numbers."
I'm not sure the 'asplain' notation is decided or not. Is it yet the
'proposed' status? (Yes, that RFC is 'Proposed Standard':-))
