APNIC has no policy regarding the return of addresses to IANA. To date,

APNIC has not returned any reclaimed space to IANA. Instead, it has been

returned to the Resource Quality Assurance Pool for redistribution to

APNIC account holders, as discussed in the plenary this morning at APNIC 30.
