"India favours change in Net number resource allocation: It wants countrywide allocation in Asia-Pacific region rather than to companies" http://www.thehindu.com/sci-tech/internet/article2485006.ece I think there's a lot of work required before we can reach any sort of consensus on the issue of how to allocate large IPv6 blocks and it would be good to get that discussion started well in advance of New Delhi.
