Brisbane's climate

October is the first month of Spring and one of the most pleasant times to visit Brisbane. Expect a temperature range of around 16° to 25° Celsius (61° - 77° F). Rainfall and humidity levels are generally quite low in October.

Generally speaking, the days are warm and sunny; the nights are normally mild, but can sometimes be quite cool and windy, so it would be a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater.

Sun precautions

Please remember that Australia experiences quite high UV levels. We recommend that if you will be spending any time outside to consider wearing sunscreen (SPF 15+) and a hat.
