Yong Wan Ju has contributed for the national informatization and Korea Internet development since 1997, respectively as senior researcher in National Computerization Agency and as manager in Korea Network Information Center. At present, he is the manager in the area of IP address and AS numbers distribution in Korea Network Information Center.

As his main contributions, he had been deeply concerned with the establishment of Korea ISP Association and additionally he has hosted Korea Internet Operational Workshop annually since 2000 and also been in charge of the publication on Korea ISP directory for the support of Korea Internet development through making sound business culture and information sharing infrastructure.

At present, he has served as the chair of IPv6 address Working Group within IPv6 Forum Korea for the introduction of IPv6 into Korea efficiently and also in charge of IP technical Working Group in Korea ISP Association. In addition, He had been designated as one of board members in Asia Pacific Internet Association last year.

Because he has accumulated his career in the IP-related field and experienced various areas, both technically & administratively and also internationally, I strongly believe that he will be the one of adequate & qualified persons for APNIC EC.
