Jichen has been involved with the Internet in Bhutan since the very
beginning. He also has good understanding of Internet and related issued in the
Indian Subcontinent. Currently, he chairs the Core Committee of South Asian Network
Operators Group (SANOG). Jichen also manages the .bt registration system and will
soon be hosting the servers in Thimphu.
Jichen has the appropriate understanding of different Internet and RIR related issues
and would be a good representation from the entire Indian Sub -continent to the APNIC
Executive Council.
