Prior to voting, the following ammendments were made to the voting issues being considered:

1. In the case of members with BOTH IPv4 and IPv6 allocations, to assess these allocations separately, and determine the membership category as the LARGER of the two categories.

2. To assess membership category ONLY on anniversary of membership. 

3. There will be no “pro-rata” charges.

1. To report on the status of this structure at the next APNIC meeting (in approximately 6 months)

2. To review this structure and revise as necessary by the next APNIC Annual Member Meeting (in approx 12 months)

3. To replace the term “per-site” with the term “per-SLA”.
