Announcing our first Keynote Speakers

Keynote speakers Malcom Turnbull and Eric Vyncke

We are very pleased to confirm that Australia's Minister for Communications, the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull, is a Keynote speaker for APNIC 38.

We are also excited to have IPv6 and Security expert, Eric Vyncke from Cisco, as one of our Technical Keynote presenters.

More presenters will be confirmed soon, so check the website regularly for more information.

Workshop registrations are open

Register now for the hands on, intensive workshops on offer at APNIC 38. Led by Sheryl Hermoso and featured guests, attendees can participate in DNSSEC, Network Security, and Advanced BGP workshops to help develop the skills required to build and manage the Internet.

Please note, classes can only accommodate up to 28 participants, so don’t miss out!

Do you have something interesting to share? If you are interested in presenting or leading a tutorial session at APNIC 38, submit your proposal to the Program Committee. Please refer to the website for topics of interest and key dates.


Don’t forget to book your accommodation early. Please note, the Conference is being held during the Brisbane Festival so accommodation may book out quickly.


We are still accepting Fellowship applications. If you are from the Pacific region, we encourage you to apply. Submissions are due on Friday, 13 June 2014.
