For your information, the GSM Association has released the following document for public comment. The document "Guidelines for IPv4 Addressing and AS Numbering for GPRS Network Infrastructure and Mobile Terminals - IR.40" now includes recommendations on how to assign IP addresses to mobile terminals.

A presentation summarizing the contents of this document was made at the 12^th APNIC Open Policy Meeting.[ ppt ]
