At the APNIC Executive Council (EC) meeting on 11 October 2007, the APNIC EC determined that, beginning 1 January 2008. APNIC fees will be set in Australian dollars.

The rate used to set the 2007 APNIC budget has been used as the conversion rate for the new fee structure: 1 AUD = 0.7889 USD. For more information on how the APNIC EC came to its decision, please see the announcement sent to the apnic-announce mailing list.

The new APNIC fee schedules, which become active on 1 January 2008, are now available online.

How much does it cost?

In accordance with the APNIC document review policy, comments are invited on these documents by no later than 23 November 2007. For more information, see APNIC drafts for public comment.
