The IPv6 Deployment Survey 2010 is now open through to 30 June 2010. Please take a few minutes to give your feedback on IPv6 deployment within your organization.

As of May 2010, the IANA freepool has about 7% of IPv4 addresses remaining. These findings will provide us a clearer picture of current global IPv6 readiness through analysis of IPv6 deployment by ISPs and other Internet community members.

Four Regional Internet Registries (RIRs):

are participating by conducting this survey.

All data will remain confidential, and will be made available in summary form to the participating RIRs under the same confidentiality agreement.

This survey was designed by GNKS Consult in collaboration with TNO and RIPE NCC, and was based on an original 2008 ARIN/CAIDA design. It was further supported and carried out by the RIPE NCC and APNIC in 2009.
