APNIC contributes to SANOG 20 in Karachi, Pakistan

On behalf of the South Asian Network Operators Group SANOG, APNIC encourages all local Internet community members to attend SANOG 20 in Karachi, Pakistan from 10 to 16 July 2012.

APNIC is contributing to the event as a Gold Sponsor, and APNIC staff will attend to deliver hands-on training sessions and will be available for direct consultation.

APNIC Training at SANOG 20

APNIC Training Manager, Champika Wijayatunga, will deliver a hands-on IPv4/IPv6 Routing and Deployment Workshop to SANOG 20 attendees, from 10 to 14 July.

Champika will also deliver three short courses on the following topics:

• Internet Resource Management (IRM)
• Internet Routing Registry (IRR)
• DNS Security (DNSSEC)

Member Support at SANOG 20

APNIC Internet Resource Analyst, Vivek Nigam, will be on site at SANOG 20 to speak directly with current and prospective APNIC Members and hold private, one-on-one Hostmaster Consultations.

APNIC Senior Community Engagement Specialist, Srinivas Chendi, will present an update on APNIC activities and services.
