The APNIC Survey 2012 report is now available

The APNIC Survey 2012 report is now available after being presented at APNIC 34 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The 2012 Survey proved to be the most successful yet, with 1,333 valid responses, an increase of 67.9% over the 794 responses of the previous Survey.

The findings from the report will be used by the APNIC Executive Council (EC) to direct the activities of the APNIC Secretariat. The EC is currently reviewing these responses and will publish a response shortly.

APNIC is also pleased to announce the following 2012 Survey prize winners:

• Thomas Jackson (Australia): Toshiba Z830 Ultrabook laptop
• Wang Jing Lan (China): Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
• Riza Maryudi (Indonesia): HTC One V mobile phone

Our survey consultant, Professor Ang Peng Hwa of the Singapore Internet Research Centre (SIRC), recorded the prize draw on video.
