Tutor - Keiichi Shima

Keiichi Shima is a researcher with the Internet Initiative Japan, Inc.(IIJ) which is a pioneer commercial ISP and one of the biggest ISPs in Japan. He is also a core member of the KAME project which provides a free IPv6/IPsec stack running on the various BSDs and is working to implement Mobile IPv6.
